PaiGow Poker Classic — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PaiGow Poker Classic handles information.
PaiGow Poker Classic does not require an account, does not operate its own user database, and does not send gameplay data to a developer-operated server.
The app does, however, use third-party services provided by Apple and Google. Those services may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.

1. Information Collected by the Developer
The developer of PaiGow Poker Classic does not directly collect, store, or maintain personal information through a developer-operated server.
The app does not require:
- Account registration
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- A developer-operated user profile
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device unless a feature provided by Apple handles related data separately.
2. Google AdMob Rewarded Ads
The free version of PaiGow Poker Classic may display optional rewarded advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads SDK / Google AdMob.
According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Device identifiers, including advertising or app/device-related identifiers where available
- Advertising data, such as ads viewed
- User product interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash information, app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage
Google may use this information for purposes including advertising, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and improving advertising services.
PaiGow Poker Classic does not operate its own advertising profile system and does not maintain its own database containing this information.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. Purchasing the Premium Upgrade removes rewarded advertisements from the app.

3. In-App Purchases
PaiGow Poker Classic offers an optional one-time Premium Upgrade.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your full payment card information or Apple Account password.
Apple may process purchase and transaction information according to Apple’s own privacy policies.
4. Game Center
PaiGow Poker Classic may use Apple Game Center features.
Game Center account information, achievements, leaderboards, and related data are handled by Apple according to Apple’s privacy policies and your device settings.
The developer does not operate a separate Game Center account database.
5. Tracking and Personalized Advertising
PaiGow Poker Classic does not operate its own cross-app tracking system and does not create its own advertising profiles.
However, Google AdMob may process device, advertising, interaction, or diagnostic information as described above. The exact data available to Google can depend on your device, operating system, privacy settings, consent choices, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Where required by Apple or applicable law, system-level privacy controls and consent choices apply.
6. Children’s Privacy
PaiGow Poker Classic is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a developer-operated account or server.
Third-party services used by the app are governed by their respective privacy policies and platform rules.
7. Data Security
Because the developer does not operate a user account system or gameplay-data server for this app, the developer does not maintain a central database of users’ personal gameplay information.
Information processed by Apple or Google is protected according to those companies’ respective security practices.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app’s features, third-party services, or legal requirements change.

3. App 内課金
PaiGow Poker Classic では、買い切りの Premium Upgrade を提供しています。

4. Game Center

Apple または適用法令によって必要とされる場合、システムレベルのプライバシー設定および同意の選択が適用されます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
PaiGow Poker Classic は、開発者が運営するアカウントシステムやサーバーを通じて、子どもの個人情報を意図的に直接収集するようには設計されていません。
App が利用する第三者サービスについては、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーおよびプラットフォーム規則が適用されます。
