PaiGow Poker Classic
PaiGow Poker Classic brings the traditional gameplay of Pai Gow Poker to iPhone and iPad with a deliberately simple, retro-inspired interface.
The game is designed around the look and feel of classic monochrome handheld devices: no unnecessary visual effects, no complicated interface, and no distractions from the cards themselves.
If you remember the days when games had to be understandable, compact, and fun without elaborate graphics, PaiGow Poker Classic is designed with that same philosophy in mind.
Classic Pai Gow Poker Gameplay
Each round begins with seven cards.
Your goal is to divide those cards into two hands:
- a five-card High Hand
- a two-card Low Hand
Your High Hand must rank higher than your Low Hand.
The dealer’s seven cards are also divided into a High Hand and a Low Hand. Your two hands are then compared separately against the dealer.
Win both hands to win the round.
Lose both hands to lose the round.
If each side wins one hand, the result is a push.
The game also follows the traditional commission system on winning hands.

A Small Tribute to the Handheld Era
PaiGow Poker Classic is inspired by the simplicity of classic PDA and handheld games.
The restrained two-color presentation is intentional. Rather than recreating the appearance of a modern casino game, the goal is to make something that feels like a tiny card game you might have carried in your pocket decades ago.

PaiGow Poker Classic
PaiGow Poker Classic は、クラシックな Pai Gow Poker のゲームプレイを、シンプルなレトロスタイルで iPhone と iPad に再現したカードゲームです。
デザインのモチーフとなっているのは、かつての携帯端末や PDA のゲーム。
派手な演出や複雑なインターフェースをできるだけ省き、カードゲームそのものを楽しめるように作られています。
限られた画面とシンプルなグラフィックでも、何度も遊びたくなる。
そんな昔のハンドヘルドゲームが持っていた魅力を、現代のデバイスでも楽しめることを目指しました。
クラシックな Pai Gow Poker
各ラウンドでは、最初に7枚のカードが配られます。
その7枚を、次の2つのハンドに分けます。
- 5枚の High Hand
- 2枚の Low Hand
High Hand は、必ず Low Hand より強い組み合わせにする必要があります。
ディーラーの7枚も同様に High Hand と Low Hand に分けられ、それぞれのハンドを個別に比較します。
両方のハンドで勝てば、そのラウンドの勝利です。
両方で負ければ敗北となります。
片方ずつ勝った場合は Push（引き分け）です。
勝利時のコミッションについても、伝統的な Pai Gow Poker のルールを採用しています。

PaiGow Poker Classic 將經典的 Pai Gow Poker 玩法帶到 iPhone 與 iPad，並以簡潔的復古介面重新呈現。
整個遊戲的視覺設計受到早期掌上型裝置與 PDA 遊戲啟發：沒有多餘的動畫、沒有複雜的操作，也不讓華麗效果蓋過紙牌遊戲本身。
在那個年代，遊戲不需要複雜的畫面，也能讓人一局接一局地玩下去。
PaiGow Poker Classic 想保留的，正是這種單純的樂趣。
經典 Pai Gow Poker 玩法
每一局開始時，玩家會取得七張牌。
你需要將七張牌分成兩組：
- 五張牌組成 High Hand
- 兩張牌組成 Low Hand
High Hand 的牌型必須高於 Low Hand。
莊家的七張牌同樣會分成 High Hand 與 Low Hand，接著分別與玩家的兩組牌進行比較。
兩組牌都勝出，即贏得本局。
兩組牌都落敗，即輸掉本局。
如果玩家與莊家各勝一組，結果則為平手（Push）。
遊戲亦保留傳統 Pai Gow Poker 勝局抽取佣金的規則。
